After completing my higher education from Shegaon, my passion for social activities led me to explore a different path. As I became increasingly involved in educational projects, I felt a strong calling to support needy students. This drive inspired me to shift my career focus entirely. Throughout my academic journey, I have consistently demonstrated my abilities by achieving success in numerous competitive exams, including the Maharashtra State Scholarship examination, MTSE, NTSE, Vigyanmanch, Geetai Spardha, and NCC

I shifted to Pune in 1999 and established my Institute. Institute offers coaching for academics from std 8 to 12th, all boards along with preparation of various competitive exams.

I firmly believe that spirituality plays a pivotal role in shaping a student's personality by influencing their habits, hobbies, and behavior. With this conviction, I co-founded Gurukul, a residential and integrated two-year program located in Hingne Khurd, Pune. Designed for 11th and 12th science students, Gurukul prepares them comprehensively for competitive examinations such as CET, IIT JEE, NEET, and NDA. Our program emphasizes holistic development, focusing on both academic excellence and co-scholastic pursuits.

Conducted numerous seminars on MATHEMAGICS for students. Organized training programs for teachers on 'Effective Methods of Teaching Mathematics'

2014

Invention of Brain Mapping Test for Math (RTAA method)

Developed and introduced the Brain Mapping Test for Mathematics in 2014 for std 5 and above.

Recognition for 'Abhilasha Project'

Selected for the 'Abhilasha Project' and honored by Persistent Co., Pune and Aseem Foundation .
